Cancel your order

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Use the form below to notify us of your decision to cancel all or part of your order. We will confirm receipt by email and process your cancellation without undue delay.

Please note: opened or used consumables (such as inks) and pens that have been inked can no longer be resold. If you return such items, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, up to the full price of the item. Sealed and unused items are refunded in full.
